MANIC PANIC SEMI PERMANENT COLORING GEL SOLAR YELLOW : a semi-transparent gel enriched with colored pigments that lasts up to 40 washes. The exclusive delivery system guarantees uniform distribution of color on the hair, for greater duration. Does not require the use of developer. The hair will be sublime and vibrant thanks to its 100% vegan formula.

Semi-permanent Color Gel is enriched with lactic acid that hydrates and strengthens hair while preventing breakage. Castor Seed Oil combats split ends and improves moisture retention to create soft, shiny, healthier looking hair. The gentle acidic formula closes the hair cuticle to lock in color.
Apply Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Coloring Gel with a brush, mixing the various shades if necessary.
Leave on for 15-30 minutes and rinse hair with warm water until the water runs clear. Rinse different colors separately.
Do not shampoo, but finish the service by applying a conditioner, then rinse again with warm water.
