MANIC PANIC SEMI PERMANENT COLOR GEL PRO PASTELIZER: a semi-transparent gel enriched with colored pigments that lasts up to 40 washes. The exclusive delivery system guarantees an even distribution of color on the hair, for greater duration. Does not require the use of developer. The hair will be sublime and vibrant thanks to its 100% vegan formula. Pro Pastelizer is ideal for Pastellizing any Manic Panic shade.

Semi-permanent Color Gel is enriched with lactic acid that hydrates and strengthens hair while preventing breakage. Castor Seed Oil combats split ends and improves moisture retention to create soft, shiny, healthier looking hair. The gentle acidic formula closes the hair cuticle to lock in color.
Mix Manic Panic Pro-Pastellizer with colouring gels to create pastel shades.
Apply Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Color Gel with a brush.
Leave on for 15-30 minutes and rinse hair with warm water until the water runs clear. Rinse different colors separately.
